This ASET Award is made up of two units;
it is advisable that delegates have passed a recognised
advanced driving qualification (IAM or RoSPA) before
enrolling on this programme. It is envisaged that the
programme will be run over two days, covering driving
and patient care. Delegates will also have to complete
several hours home study.

UNIT 2. LEGAL ASPECTS OF RESPONSE DRIVING

• Road Traffic Regulations
• Litigation
During the course the delegates will be given assignments
to complete and written theory tests to undertake. Both
units are divided into a modular form, based on a 1–4
grading scale. This will provide an indication to the
instructor as to the progress of each delegate.
All materials are supplied by Minding Driving. Instructors
hold all the relevant driving qualifications.
