George is the principal, and founder, of Minding Driving Ltd, a company formed in 1999 after George left the Police Force. George served in the force for 23 years, carrying out duties that included the Traffic division,
George has been a Grade 1 ROSPA advanced driving examiner for over 18 years and assessed the Flintshire County Council Driver Improvement and Development Scheme. A friendly and approachable training consultant, George has a passion to make the roads of Great Britain a safer place for all concerned. His ability to transfer his skills and experience for the benefit of the private and commercial sector is demonstrated by his services
George has developed and delivered training for a variety of blue-chip companies, and provided driver assessment programmes to national organisations with large driver fleets.
Jayne Smith
Marketing Manager

Jayne has worked in tele-sales for several large blue chip companies over the last few years. She has been responsible for co-ordinating new processes within these companies and has a proven track record. She is currently studying for an Open University Degree and has been trained to a high standard to enable her to progress

John has carried out much research into driver behaviour and this has included working with disabled people. He has been involved in the rehabilitation of drivers following trauma/accident, retraining traffic offenders for both Merseyside and Cheshire Constabulary using cognitive training and psychological assessments. For a long time he has also been involved in risk management and defensive driving courses for fleet drivers.
