| Raising Driving Standards – Public Service Review: Home Office Issue 12 |
Minding Driving can offer a behavioural programme that
is being regarded in the industry as a radical step
forward.
Every employer has a duty of care to look after its employees at work and that includes behind the wheel of a vehicle. An individuals driving may be up to a reasonable standard but is the individual up to a physical and mental 'high' standard themselves.
By completing a questionnaire designed by a psychologist with many years experience in the driver development market, we can work alongside a HR department tackling many problems. This questionnaire cannot be fooled, participants cannot lie and most of all it is not analysed by a computer but by a psychologist who will then produce a full concise and comprehensive report, informing the driver and employer of the relevant development programme that is required.
From that point on a driving assessment, if required will be carried out, in order to produce a full picture.
Why spend valuable money on a block assessment programme when Minding Driving's unique programme will tackle a company's specific problem.
Several companies are now employing this approach and crashes are reducing in a significant manner, morale is increasing and profits are increasing.
