George is the principal, and founder, of Minding Driving
Ltd, a company formed in 1999 after George left the
Police Force. George served in the force for 23 years,
carrying out duties that included the Traffic division,
Motorway Traffic Patrol, Air Support and Training.
George has been a Grade 1 ROSPA advanced driving examiner
for over 18 years and assessed the Flintshire County
Council Driver Improvement and Development Scheme. A
friendly and approachable training consultant, George
has a passion to make the roads of Great Britain a safer
place for all concerned. His ability to transfer his
skills and experience for the benefit of the private
and commercial sector is demonstrated by his services
which have proved really do change performance!
George has developed and delivered training for a variety
of blue-chip companies, and provided driver assessment
programmes to national organisations with large driver
fleets.
Jayne Smith

Jayne has worked in tele-sales for several large blue
chip companies over the last few years. She has been
responsible for co-ordinating new processes within these
companies and has a proven track record. She is currently
studying for an Open University Degree and has been
trained to a high standard to enable her to progress
her previous career in Community Health Care.

John has carried out much research into driver behaviour
and this has included working with disabled people.
He has been involved in the rehabilitation of drivers
following trauma/accident, retraining traffic offenders
for both Merseyside and Cheshire Constabulary using
cognitive training and psychological assessments. For
a long time he has also been involved in risk management
and defensive driving courses for fleet drivers.
Laurie Thompson
Laurie is a highly experienced consultant with an
excellent track record of success both in supporting
new growth business and providing consultancy services
to various SME businesses.
He has over 25 years management experience gained
in the manufacturing sector and formed his consultancy
practice in 1989.
Giuliana Christmas
RGN, BSc Nursing, Diploma Management Studies, DipHE
Occupational Health, NEBOSH cert., ENB 998 Teaching
and Assessing.
17 years NHS experience in both clinical and managerial
roles. Specialist interests in Health Education, Clinical
Audit, Research and Professional Education.
9 years experience in Occupational Health across both
public and private sectors. Active in service development
especially to SMEs.
Currently studying for a work based Masters degree.
We have over 30 trainers that are all
specialises in their own field with many years experience
both in driving and all types of development programmes.
